Use of this platform is restricted to individuals who:

- Registering in your own name and not as a representative or agent for any third party.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1664 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.
At registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid, active email address. All information must be accurate and up to date. 1664 may request identity verification documents such as an ID card or passport for account verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawals.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login details confidential.
- Ensuring no one else uses your account without permission.
- Notify 1664 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- All activities conducted under your account, including any losses resulting from unauthorized use not reported promptly to the platform.
1664 is not responsible for any losses resulting from failure to maintain the security of your login information.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
Users agree to use the 1664 platform solely for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Using automation, bots, third-party software, or any unauthorized methods to interact with the platform.
- Creating accounts using false identities or misleading information.
- Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activities or financing illegal activities.
- Distributing, publishing, or uploading content containing malware, harmful code, or any material that infringes copyright laws.
1664 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate action, including reporting to authorities if necessary.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 1664 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the registered payment methods are under their own name. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods on the platform, including DuitNow and online bank transfers. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to current policies as displayed in your account section.
For withdrawing winnings, users may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and verification requirements set by 1664 from time to time.
1664 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawals for investigation if suspicious activity or transactions that violate platform terms are detected. Any taxes or fees related to transactions are the sole responsibility of the user.

Account Suspension & Closure
1664 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice, in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, ongoing investigations, user requests, or as required by law or authorities. Eligible balances in accounts closed per user request will be processed following standard platform procedures upon identity verification.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 1664 platform are the exclusive property of 1664 or licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without written permission from 1664.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 1664 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy policies of these third-party sites. 1664 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective once published on the platform. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia.
